Chris Pratt Defends Star-Lord’s Actions In Avengers: Infinity War

A month after its release, <em>Avengers 3</em> is still a popular topic of conversation, and Pratt now joins the discussion - especially since he's been the central figure in countless online debates regarding what went down in the movie.</p><p>It seemed like the actor also had a lot of input with how <em>Infinity War</em> utilized his character. As it turns out, he and <a href="https://screenrant.com/tag/guardians-of-the-galaxy/"><em>Guardians of the Galaxy</em></a> director James Gunn <a href="https://screenrant.com/avengers-infinity-war-script-james-gunn-changes/">insisted that Star-Lord would keep his promise to Gamora </a>and try to kill her if Thanos got his hands on her - something that writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely didn't necessarily want to do.
