The Disney-owned broadcasting station has been generally<a href="https://screenrant.com/roseanne-cancelled-abc/"> praised for its swift decision to cancel the series </a>after its headlining star, Roseanne Barr sent out racist tweets against former President Barack Obama's senior advisor, Valerie Jarrett. This is despite the fact that the show has been one of their most-watched offerings. The revival's pilot was even the<a href="https://screenrant.com/roseanne-premiere-ratings/"> most-watched sitcom on broadcast television in three years</a>.</p><p>While ABC is looking for new projects to take over <em>Roseanne</em>'s slot, TV producer Fuller is nominating his critically-acclaimed series, <em>Pushing Daisies</em> to be considered. The fantasy-mystery dramedy originally airing from 2007 to 2009 centers on Ned (Lee Pace), a seemingly ordinary pie maker who has the ability to bring dead things back to life.
