Canadians have to stick together. This is the only logical reason for legendary singer Céline Dion performing a new song for the soundtrack to Deadpool 2 and appearing on stage with the Merc with the Mouth as he shows off his dance moves in a music video for “Ashes.” Then again, since when has logic had anything to do with Deadpool and vice versa?
In truth, the new music video is most likely a throwback to an old Hollywood marketing tradition that has fallen out of favor in these days when the the Marvel Cinematic Universe rules the roost.
