Will Infinity War Undo Major Phase 3 Development?

TV spots for Avengers: Infinity War have raised the disturbing possibility that the movie may actually undo major character arcs from earlier Phase 3 films. There’s a sense in which that’s unsurprising. After all, Infinity War is the 19th film in the MCU, a unique shared universe. The Russo brothers will have to conduct the ultimate juggling act, somehow creating narrative arcs for the bulk of the 76-strong cast. The demands of this team-up movie were always likely to cause some problems.
