Riverdale Musical Episode ‘A Night to Remember’ Gets a Trailer

SPOILERS for those not caught up on Riverdale ahead.

Riverdale prepares to tackle its first musical episode with the ‘A Night to Remember’ trailer, and of course Stephen King is involved. Back in January, The CW announced that the Archie Comics TV show would be bringing Carrie: The Musical to life, via a performance by the Riverdale High Drama Department. Kevin Keller is directing the musical within the episode, with Cheryl Blossom naturally starring as the titular troubled teenager with telekinetic powers. As Cheryl put it herself in this week’s installment, ‘The Noose Tightens’, “I’m obviously Riverdale High’s Carrie White… and this school is gonna burn.”

To be fair, Cheryl has pretty valid reasons to be extra dramatic (even by her standards) at the moment. Cheryl has barely revealed her sexuality to Toni Topaz before she learned that her mother Penelope and supposed uncle Claudius ...
