What Andy Serkis Could Look Like As The DCEU’s Penguin

He's been around since first appearing in DC Comics in 1941, and was famously played on television by Burgess Meredith in the 1960s <em>Batman</em> TV Series. Danny DeVito brought him to creepy life for the movies in Tim Burton's <em>Batman Returns</em>, and nowadays he's played by Robin Lord Taylor on the series <a href="https://screenrant.com/tag/gotham/"><em>Gotham</em></a>. And soon, the Penguin may make his debut in the DCEU.</p><p>According to reports, Warner Bros. <a href="https://screenrant.com/batman-birds-prey-penguin-movie-villain/">is keen to bring the Penguin</a> aka Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot to one of their upcoming DCEU properties. The character could make his logical debut in Matt Reeves' <a href="https://screenrant.com/tag/the-batman/"><em>The Batman</em></a> (alongside Ben Affleck, if Affleck <a href="https://screenrant.com/ben-affleck-batman-dceu-rumors-future/">indeed remains involved in the film</a>).
