According to producer and star Neil Patrick Harris – who plays the dastardly Count Olaf – Netflix’s A Series of Unfortunate Events TV show will end after season 3. Netflix had previously renewed Unfortunate Events through to season 3, with each season set to cover 4-5 of the original books by dedicating two episodes to each. Season 1 covered books 1-4 while season 2 will cover books 5-9. This means the third season will take on books 10-13.
