Like Black Panther, The CW’s Black Lightning is going places few superhero properties have, exploring the plight faced by people of color and the toll it can take on a community, while still delivering exciting action and vibrant costumes. And soon, the show will have even more heroes running around.
This week’s Black Lightning brought a number of plot points to a head and the remainder of the short season is likely to be action-packed.
