Paramount has confirmed they are working on a true sequel for Cloverfield. The 2008 found footage movie about a monster attacking Manhattan directed by Matt Reeves and produced by J.J. Abrams with a script by Drew Goddard has only grown in popularity since its release. The film’s Easter egg-filled marketing campaign and unique style earned it success at the box office and with critics – and years later launched an entire universe.
